What are Good Craft Custom Cards?

How do I place a custom card order?

Add "Semi-Custom Card" or "Fully-Custom Card" to your cart and checkout. Once we receive your order, we will contact you and begin the design process. If you aren't sure which custom card you are wanting, reach out to us to see which option is best for your occasion!

What do I need to start my Custom Card order?

Send us the occasion, the name or message you'd like on the card, and any colors or details that feel important to you. If you have a photo, a color palette, or a card you love the look of, share that too — it all helps us get your concept right from the first proof.

Do you offer custom services for bundles or larger orders?

Yes! If you are looking to order more than one custom card or create designs for events requiring large quantities, please contact us directly and we can get you started on your order.

What's the difference between "Semi-Custom" and "Fully-Custom"?

Our "Semi-Custom" option allows you to select an existing Good Craft design from our collection and tailor the messaging and colors for your specific occasion. Our "Fully-Custom" option allows you to start from scratch, with a custom concept including additional imagery and messaging to truly personalize your special moment.

How long does the full process take?

"Semi-Custom" orders take 3-5 days to design, and "Fully-Custom" orders take 5-7 days to design, before your final design is locked in. Need it sooner? Add the $15 "Custom Rush Delivery" option to your cart along with your custom choice to get your design locked in within 3 days.

Rush only speeds up the design process. Once your design is locked in, it's printed and prepped for shipping — standard delivery times apply unless you also add an express delivery option to your order.
